Just an FYI on the UPS Rate Increases:  about 5% across the board for 2020, along with reductions in package weights: down to 50 lbs (from 70 lbs) when a 20% surcharge kicks in. 

Due to COVID-19 the deadline for the following beneficial insects has just changed (again). As of today all orders with any of the following products need to be placed by MONDAY at 10:30 AM PST to receive the following week. (1 Week lead time)

Certain products, labels or pack sizes may however be temporarily unavailable. We will keep you informed during these instances and when possible, alternatives will be provided.
